F395 Early 1940's Madison Mitchell Have De Grace Maryland  Redhead Decoy,  cleaned down to the original paint and the paint enhanced.  Robert Madison Mitchell was born in 1901 in Oakington, Maryland, near Harford County’s Swan Creek, just south of Havre de Grace, and he grew up in this waterman’s community at the top of the bay. Mitchell died on January 14, 1993 at the  age of 91
