F708 Two solid wooden freestanding carved sculptures of both a right, and left handed clenched fist with distinct fingernail detail and each hand’s index finger pointing straight upwards. Each one is carved upon an oblong base simulating a sleeve. Each base features decorative carved patterning to the fronts, replicating stitching decoration that might adorn a sleeve cuff – one having a spiraling pattern and the other having a zigzag pattern. Surfaces are natural patina and are otherwise unmarked. There are age cracks running down center of bases, commensurate with age. Each sculpture measures approximately: 7.75" W x 21.75" H x 3.5" D.
