F1005 Set of three 19th century graduated sized dry measures in original dry blue painted surfaces. All three are constructed of steamed and bent wood with bottoms being secured with tiny wooden pegs and overlapping sides being secured with tacks. The largest measure is reinforced with two metal bands around the sides and two criss crossing iron sheet metal bands across the bottom, along with attached iron side handles. There is a nice make-do reinforcement on the bottom of the middle sized measure as seen in photos. Great wear and patina from age and years of use. Circa mid to late 1800s. Individual measurements: 9" diameter x 5 1/4" tall, 11 1/2" diameter x 6 1/4" tall, and the largest one measures 14 3/4" diameter x 7 3/4" tall.
