H517 Rare, 19th century, outstanding miniature child’s hutch table from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This fine miniature is all original and retains its original light green painted surface. It has been a part of our own personal collection for over 30 years and is the finest example of a child’s hutch table that we’ve ever seen! The top is one board. Shaped sides with boot jack cut out base on each end. Tiny wire nail construction. Generally, these are extremely repaired from years of childhood play, whereas this one is completely original.
With top down, the measurements are: 24” wide x 12” deep x 15 ¾” tall. With top up, the measurements are: 22 ¼” tall. The base is 18 ½” wide x 7 3/8” deep (seat)
