J43 Wonderful hand-woven splint basket with unique rim and handle detailing that is suggestive of the Southern Appalachia (possibly Virginia) area. Basket boasts an oval opening tapering to a rectangular bottom and bears a warm, natural patina surface. Sturdy basket in great condition with no breaks. Measurements: 11 ¾” long x 8” wide x 9” tall (at handle). The sides are 5 ¼” tall.
