Early 19th century Pennsylvania hand-hewn wooden trencher with carved handles bearing its original blue painted surface. Natural patina interior with evidence of significant chop and tool marks from years of use. Very sturdy. Circa 1800’s – 1840’s.
Measurements: 20” long x 11” wide x 3 ¼” – 3 ½” tall, depending on where measured.
