**SOLD** L146 Early 1900’s Mohair Covered Toy Horse on wooden platform with metal wheels. The solid wooden horse features hand carved and painted nose/mouth and hooves, tack eyes, mohair covering with natural horsehair mane, tail and ears. The wooden platform retains original red painted edges and four metal wheels that move freely.
The horse is mortised into the base below each hoof.
Early braided cotton pull string remains intact on front of base.
Measurements: Base is 10 ½” long x 3 3/8” wide. Height is ~11 ½” tall.
