**SOLD** L197 Sweet early 19th century Pennsylvania miniature Blanket Chest bearing its stunning original pumpkin painted surface. Dovetailed case with applied molding around the lid and an applied bracket base with cut out feet. Lidded till inside. Clean natural patina interior. The wood is pine with small square head nail construction. Circa 1830s-1840s.
Measurements: 15 ½” wide (base) x 7 ¾” deep (base) x 9 ¾” tall.
