**SOLD** L231 Pair of 19th century hanging tin Wall Sconces with wonderful shell-shaped, crimped tops and early glass insert panels on backs with faint remnants of mirrored surface – one panel is cracked.  These are American, Circa 1810 - 1820, with embossed reeded columns, finely folded edges, a drilled hole for hanging and a demilune dish holding three rolled edge candle sockets.  All solder joints are secure and surfaces bear wonderful patina.
Each sconce measures 8 ½” wide x 5 1/8" deep x 19” tall.
