**SOLD** L361 Small 19th century lidded Firkin with original red paint and “RICE” painted in white on the front. Thick staved sides with overlapping finger bands secured with tiny tacks and one staple at the end of each overlapping finger on bands. The wire bail swing handle retains its wooden handle/grip. Clean, natural patina interior.
Measurements: 6 5/8” diameter (bottom) x 6 1/8” diameter (top) x 6 ½” tall.
