L407C Group of two late 18th century bone handled knives. One is a Ferrier tool marked ‘George Wostenholm & Son – Sheffield England’ that is 8 ¼” long with a 1 ¼” wide handle and the other is a large folding Westenholm-style (no visible markings) bone handled folding pocketknife that measures 8” long when open and 4 ¾” long when in the folded position. Both retain original surfaces with great natural patina and retain fairly sharp edges to the blades.
