G785 Early 19th century Lancaster County, Pennsylvania diminutive blanket chest in original dry pumpkin paint. With the name Sara J. Pefferanan and dated 1859 in black paint across the front Six board dovetailed construction with applied base featuring nice cut outs, applied molding around three sides of the lid secured by small square head nails and small lidded glove till mortised inside. Measurements: 25” wide x 13” deep x 15 3/4” tall
