**SOLD** RM1591 Rare pair of wooden treenware plates bearing remnants of original red paint with incised rings and slightly raised, hand hewn footed bases bearing the initials "Y" "W" carved into the bottoms of each plate. Exceptional wear and patina to both plates created by time and extensive use.
Both plates are slightly out of round, with one plate measuring 6 ¾” x 7” diameter and the other measuring 6 5/8” x 6 ½” diameter. Both are ~ ½” thick.
