RM1601 Pair of 19th century Philadelphia style Windsor Armchairs bearing old black painted surfaces with traces of the original Windsor green paint showing in some areas. Chairs boast the typical Philadelphia style seven spindle backs with crest rail and short support spindles below the arms, turned splayed legs joined with an H stretcher base. Chairs are well-proportioned and sturdy. 

Measurements: 26” wide across front of arms. Seat heights are 17 ½” from floor, and 17 ½” deep. Overall height of chair back is 36 ½” tall.
