D336 19th century Talbot County, Maryland Blanket Chest with the original blue and black paint, dovetail case and dovetailed feet. The applied bracket base is also dovetailed, it has an oversized glove till with a molded edge lid. One board southern yellow pine construction featuring very unusual, applied molding on the back feet. Found in a home in Easton, Maryland. Circa 1800- 1820. Measurements are 43 1/2" long x 19 1/4" deep x 22" tall
