| L80 Spectacular early1800's Tall Case Clock in original red and black paint decoration that simulates the grain pattern of mahogany wood with hand painted dial face and wooden works made by "R. Whiting, Winchester". The dial is hand painted on wood and is signed "R. Whiting, Winchester" in a gold banner positioned across the center of the dial. The four spandrel areas and the arch are decorated with detailed hand painted floral and other patterns, along with gilt gesso work that has been gilded. The original key, weights and pendulum are included. |

| (i308) Mid-19th century Childs Turkey Red cotton dress with pearl buttons. Childrens clothing was made with additional tucks that could be let out as the child grew. The fading at the tuck seams of this example provides evidence this dress was used for a long period of time as several tucks have been let out and show various degrees of fading. There is extensive deterioration of the fabric which is common with Turkey Red prints - due to ingredients used in the dye process to create the distinctive color. Circa 1850s-1860s. |

| K1704 19th century American Sewing Bird Clamp with velvet covered pincushion intact. Part of the Patent date is legible on birds left wing
15 1853. There is also stamping around the edge of the birds right wing, however it is illegible. All mechanics are in good working condition and the beak clamps tightly. Composition appears to be gold gilded solid brass as a magnet does not stick. This is a great example of the first sewing bird patent that was granted to Charles Waterman of Meriden, Connecticut on February 15, 1853 and was by far the most popular style often called the Waterman Bird after its creator. |
