L419 19th century Pennsylvania Cutlery Tray / Knife Box retaining its original blue painted surface with chrome yellow pinstripe decoration. Tall, curved center divider features cut out for carrying purposes. The wood is pine – with square head nail construction. Very dry surface with wear indicative of use. Circa 1840 – 1850’s.
Measurements: 12 ½” wide x 8 3/8” deep x 2 1/8” tall sides x 5” tall at handle.
