L228 19th Century Pennsylvania wooden hand pump retaining the original green and red paint with pin striping and paint decoration in red, mustard and black. The stenciled letters in mustard paint beneath the handle read: “NOT GUARANTEED IF VENT IS PLUGGED”.
The pump is in outstanding condition and measures 70 ½” tall with cap and is 5 ½” square.
The cap is 6 ½” x 7”. It is 12 ½” deep at the spout.
