X529 19th century  six arm wooden Yarn Winder, four legs supporting a platform and frame, wooden gear shaft enclosed in a box frame dry surface, These winders were extremely useful in late 1800s-early 1900s, making yarn winding a bit less tedious. The yarn was wound over and around these wooden dowels. The wheel still turns freely.
Measurements are: 49 1/2" tall x 30 1/2" wide x 19 1/2" deep
