J352 19th century Pennsylvania original Soldier Blue painted Cutlery tray / knife box with curved center divider featuring an oval cutout for carrying purposes. Slightly canted sides. Square head nail construction. Very dry surface with wear indicative of use. Circa 1840 – 1850’s.
Measurements: 13 ¼” x 11 3/8” x 6” tall (center). The sides are 4” tall.
