E172 Chesapeake Bay Bugeye, hand made model replice of ( not a kit ) great condition. A bugeye is a two masted sailing vessel used for dredging Oysters. They descended from the log canoe in the time when the need was for a large boat. The Schooners of the day were too large and the canoe was too small. They came into being around 1875.There are only a few of Theses great boats
