**SOLD** E25 Early 19th century identified sturdy bail handle pantry box in original white paint. Heavy construction with overlapping steamed and bentwood sides secured by small tacks. Original wire bail with wooden handle that retains its white painted surface remains intact. The interior retains its natural patina surface with “D. W. Frost”, “Briggs N C”, “A. D. Frost”, and various other jotted notes handwritten in pencil on the inside of the lid. The initials “A. E. F.” are written on one side of the interior.
The name “A. D. Frost” is also written on the bottom of the pantry box.
Measurements: 11 ¾” diameter x 6" tall.
