F589 18th century Harness Makers Bench This workbench for leather was used by a harness maker or “saddler” for horses c.1750. Ash, oak and maple, this rugged primitive antique has a vise clamp for leather harnesses that is tightened by the foot pedal. It was part of a prominent early American Collection
