G678 Signed, hand carved and painted Fish decoy with glass eyes mounted on a piece of driftwood made by George W. Combs, Jr. (1943-2001) of Trappe, Maryland.  Inscription on the bottom reads: “For Miss Beverly, This is an advance towards next year’s Dock rent! Love George July 99” “G. W. Combs Jr.” The Fish itself measures 9 3/4” long x 2” tall x 1 1/2” wide. Overall height is 8 1/4” tall and the base is 5 3/8” diameter.
