Untouched dry surface with original black painted letters on a white background with a 2 1/4" wide black painted applied molding encasing the entire sign. Extremely well preserved with very slightly weathered surface and minor crackling to paint. Retains early metal wire hangers, as well as several holes for optional ways of hanging / displaying. "Centredale" (also spelled "Centerdale") is a village within the town of North Providence, Rhode Island.
