H54 19th century Noodle board. Mid to late 19th century, referred to as a dough board, these boards were used for multiple purposes serving as a kitchen counter for rolling out dough. A gallery is attached with square nails. The exterior of the gallery as well as the bottom are in original blue paint, beautiful patina, showing wear to the work surface of the board
