H952C 19th century turned wooden Mortar and Pestle in original black painted surface. Nicely turned shape with simple incised ring around the outside and a molded interior lip surrounding the opening of the Mortar. Natural patina interior. Several visible surface cracks from age and shrinkage, however none go all the way through. The pestle retains natural patina finish.
Measurements: 4 3/4" diameter x 7 3/4" tall. Pestle is 9” long.
