**SOLD** J384 19th century triangular shaped tin and glass lantern featuring two beautiful, prominent wavy and bubbly glass panels protected by crossed ‘cage’ wires. The top features double hoods to protect the internal candle flame from wind/rain. Oval wire handle on top for carrying / hanging purposes. Hinged door on back opens easily for access to the candle chamber. An evenly spaced, pierced scroll pattern that serves as a source for airflow adorns the bottom edge of all three sides of the lantern. Purchased from a large lighting collection out of a Delaware Estate.

Approximate measurements: 9” deep x 15 ½” tall with handle.
