J413 19th century Pennsylvania bail handle Pantry Box with lid. Light blue painted surface over the original darker blue paint. Steamed and over lapping bentwood sides are secured with small metal tacks. The sides of the pantry box are fitted with a pair of metal handle mounts securing an arched wire swing handle with wooden hand grip. Heavy construction with tightly fitting lid. Measurements: 11 ¾” diameter (top) x 11 ½” diameter (bottom) x 6 ¼” tall
