K14 18th century Pewter Plate with engraved scene including a fancy Carriage pulled by two horses, and several finely dressed people. The initials ‘T.W.M.’ are engraved at the top of the scene, and the date ’17-88’ is engraved below the scene. Several Hallmarks are visible on both the front and back, as well as a ‘Superfine Hard Metal’ marking on the back. Measurements: 8 ¾” diameter x ¾” deep. The rim is 1 ¼” wide with a finely rolled edge.
