**SOLD** K1518 Early 19th century Eastern Shore, Maryland blanket chest in original dry blue paint. Six board dovetailed construction with applied dovetailed bracket base featuring nice cut outs, applied molding around three sides of the lid secured by small square head nails. Lidded glove till with molded edge mortised inside. Clean, natural patina interior. Original key. Circa 1820s-1840s. Measurements: 25” wide x 13” deep x 15 3/4” tall
