K153 Early 19th century pewter tankard with round knob finial and owner’s initials, “I.M.T.”, decoratively engraved on top of the hinged lid. Stamped inside lid with double hallmarks.  Heavy, cylindrical style body with sturdy handle. Great patina and wear indicative of use, including a few tiny holes along an interior line of corrosion to the metal.
Measures 7 ¼” inches tall with a 4 3/8” diameter base.
