**SOLD** K156 Late 19th century original pumpkin painted wooden country store Coffee Bin advertising ”120 pkg’s Jersey Coffee“ stenciled in black on the front, and “C A & Co. Pittsburgh, PA” stenciled in black on the back. Hinged slant front lid on top bears rounded edges. Clean, natural patina interior. The name “Chas. Hazlet” is written in pencil inside the lid. Circa 1885 – 1890’s. (NOTE: “Jersey Coffee” was a specialty brand of the Dayton Spice Mills Company, established in 1885.) The wood is pine.
