K1616 19th century Pennsylvania Cobalt blue decorated stoneware crock with hand painted straight stripes at top and bottom on the front – and stenciled in between: “C.L. Williams & Co. New Geneva PA” with a freehand painted ‘2’.  Of Note: Charles L. Williams took over the pottery business of R.T. Williams and ran it from 1896-1898. Great condition, no visible cracks. 
Measurements: 7 ¼” x 7 ½” top diameter x 12” tall.
