K1618  19th century  Folk Art Carved Walking Stick / Cane with raised Serpent-entwined shaft. The base color is dark green paint – with a mustard paint decorated Serpent that is embellished with tiny painted eyes and mouth. Beautiful patina over entire surface. Carved from a single piece of wood. 
Measurements: Top is 1” diameter, Bottom is ½” diameter, Overall length is 34 ½” with the Serpent covering a length of 25”.
