K1622 Exceptionally well-made 19th century tightly hand-woven round gathering basket with single wrapped rim in original red painted surface. Sturdy steamed and bent handle is woven into the sides of the basket. Woven bumped up bottom interior to enhance airflow for gathered items. Great condition!
Measurements: 10 ¾” diameter x 4 ¾” tall (sides) x approximately 10 ½” tall including handle.
