**SOLD** K1647 19th century Pennsylvania wall box with original mustard painted surface. “Mrs. K A” is carved into the bottom. Box features a tall, shaped back with hole for hanging purposes and shaped ends with tapered top edges along the front and sides. Small wire nail construction. The wood is a combination of walnut and pine. Circa 1870s.
Measurements: 12 ½” wide x 5 ½” deep x 4 ¼” tall (front) x 9” tall (back).
