**SOLD** K1730 Late 18th century Lancaster County Pennsylvania original red painted Apothecary / Spice Box with 11 drawers. Workmanship abounds with blind-dovetailed case and mortised drawer stretchers that support the nine-over-two configuration of drawers. Each drawer is mortised and tiny “T” nail construction with chamfered drawer bottoms. The wood is pine.
Circa 1780s – 1800.
