**SOLD** K1747 19th century punched tin Lantern retaining dry gray painted surface. Symmetrically punched and pierced patterned designs consisting of dots and dashes, along with circular holes in conical top for venting purposes. Hinged door opens for easy access to interior candle socket. Attached round metal handle at the top for carrying / hanging. Found in Pennsylvania.
Measurements: 5 ½” diameter x 17” tall (including ring).
