K1765 Early 19th century New England wooden bail handle Pantry Box bearing the original green painted surface. Heavy construction with tacked lap joints and a hand hewn steamed and bentwood swing handle that is secured with wooden pegs. The wooden pegs are secured inside the box with tiny wooden pins. Natural patina interior.
Measurements: 11 ½” top diameter x 7” tall.
