K1846 Exceptionally well-made miniature 19th century tightly hand-woven swing handle basket. The double wooden rim is single wrapped and secured with tiny tacks. The delicate steamed and bent swing handle is secured with tiny tacks. No breaks.
The top opening is 5 ¾” x 6” diameter and tapers down to a 3” x 3 ¼” square bottom.
The sides are 4 ½” tall. Overall height is 8” tall with handle up.
