**SOLD** K1849 Diminutive mid-19th century Pennsylvania blanket chest with dovetailed case in old blue painted surface. Dovetail and square head nail construction resting on applied turned feet. The inside of the lid has mortised stretchers that have kept the lid from twisting/warping over the years. Clean, natural patina interior. The wood is cherry. Circa 1850s-1870s. 
Measurements: 13 ¾” wide x 7 ¼” deep x 8 ¾” tall.
