K1858 Early 19th century wooden bowl bearing dry, bittersweet red paint. Nice hand / slow turned lathe marks visible throughout - with a carved band around top edge. Great natural patina interior with visible chop marks and wear indicative of years of use. Out of round. The make-do hanger is constructed from an old piece of heavy wire.
Measurements: 16 ¼” x 16 ½” diameter. The sides are 4 ½”- 4 ¾” tall – depending on where measured.
