K191 Early 20th century Lithographed Tin Sand Pail with original wire bale and wooden handle. Prominently signed “T Bro’s” by the seam. (“T. Bro’s” was a maker of toys from Parsons, Pennsylvania in the early 1900s.) The pail is in good condition with a metallic sheen to the colorful scene depicting six children in Victorian style clothing – some are carrying pails / shovels, digging in the sand and one child is carrying a large basket of fish. Minor wear indicative of use. Circa 1900 – 1920s.
Measurements: 6 ½” top diameter x 4 ½” bottom diameter. The sides are 6 ½” tall. Approximately 9 ¾” tall to top of handle.
