K197 19th century green painted half-round shaped tin and glass Hunting / Barn lantern featuring a prominent wavy and bubbled glass front panel that raises easily for access to the interior candle socket. The top features a round punched/pierced tin chimney/hood to both add airflow, and to protect the internal candle flame from wind/rain. A sturdy shaped tin handle with rolled edges remains intact on the back for carrying purposes. Lantern retains its original green painted surface and is in great working condition. (Candle not included).
