K22 Paper Mache' Soules and Swisher two-sided Horned Owl decoy with two original glass eyes on each side. Mounted on a wooden base for display purposes. Embossed words along the bottom of one side reads: “Soules Swisher” “Pat Pend” and “Decatur Illinois Pat Pend” on the opposite side.  Decoy was used for pest control around homes/buildings and dates to the 1930s. Soules and Swisher (or Swisher and Soules) was a pest control company located in Decatur, Illinois. 

Approximate measurements:  6 ¾” wide at widest point x 3 ¾” deep x 12 ¾” tall. Overall height as mounted on stand is 15” tall.
