K236 Very early 19th century New England Chest over drawers / Mule Chest with two dovetailed drawers bearing original green painted surface. The lid has molded edge and is attached with snipe / cotter pin hinges. Pine, one board, “T” nail and rosehead nail construction resting on high cut out shaped feet. Clean, natural patina interior. Circa 1800.
