L12 Pair of early 19th century New England nine spindle bow back Windsor Chairs featuring beautiful saddle seats, bamboo turned spindles and legs with a center stretcher fastened to side runners with bold turnings in old red over original black paint. Circa 1800–1820. From a collection in Pennsylvania. 
Measurements: 20 ½” wide across front legs x 38 ½” tall (back). Seats are 17” wide x 17” deep x 17 ¼” tall.
