L281 Green painted mortised bench
L281 19th century Pennsylvania Wash Bench with its original dry green painted surface. This bench boasts decorative cut out feet and splayed legs affixed to the top by way of a double mortise. The drop apron along the front is attached with cut nails and features shaped ends. 
The original mortised cross braces on back help make this bench sturdy and tight. Circa 1850. 
Measurements” 72” (6’) long x 11" deep x 17" tall.
