L372E Early 19th century Wedding band hog scraper candle stick with remnants of maker's stamp on the working push-up tab. Sturdy sheet iron construction with brass wedding band. No evidence of ever having a finger curl. Early make-do repair to base. Surface patina indicative of age and use.
